WARRANTY

Products sold by Iron Horse Customs Australia Pty Ltd are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, periods, and conditions are set by the manufacturer of each product. Where a product develops a fault covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you in making a claim. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a part is correct and compatible with their specific motorcycle (make, model, year, engine, and configuration) before purchasing. Fitment information, where available, is provided in the product description. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to help confirm fitment.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED PARTS

Parts ordered in error due to an incorrect fitment selection by the customer are treated as change-of-mind returns and are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy (including possible restocking fees and the exclusions for fitted, electrical, and made-to-order items).

INSTALLATION

Many products require professional installation. Improper installation may cause damage and can void the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

OFF-ROAD / COMPETITION USE

Some performance parts may not be legal for road use and may be intended for off-road or competition use only. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations for their state or territory.
