REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds for change of mind as a right. However, we may accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion, subject to ALL of the following:

- the item is unused, unfitted, and in original, resalable condition and packaging;

- a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item price applies;

- the customer pays all return shipping costs;

- the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Approval must be obtained from us in writing BEFORE returning any item.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURN

- Made-to-order and custom-manufactured items (including custom wheels and built-to-order components)

- Electrical parts and components

- Items that have been fitted, installed, or where installation has been attempted

These exclusions do not affect your rights for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at ironhorsecustomsau@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please do not send any item back without written approval from us.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Payment processing fees may not be recoverable. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear once processed.
