WHERE WE SHIP

We ship Australia-wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Larger or bulky items (such as wheels and complete kits) are charged at a freight rate that reflects their size and weight.

DISPATCH & LEAD TIMES

- In-stock items: typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

- Made-to-order items (including custom wheels and built-to-order components): approximately 4 weeks, and longer for coated or custom finishes.

Estimated lead times are shown on the relevant product pages where applicable. Lead times are estimates only, not guarantees, and can vary with supplier and manufacturing times.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many of our custom items are manufactured to order and are not held in stock. We will keep you informed of expected timeframes for these items.

DELIVERY

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier (such as Australia Post and StarTrack) and your location. We will provide tracking information where available.

FULFILMENT

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network under our own accounts. This does not affect your warranty or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

RISK

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
