* Measure the Existing Fork Tubes & Confirm the Length Prior to Placing the Order.

* Jims Fork Seal Installation Tool Part Number JM-2047 makes Fork Seal Installation a Breeze.

* Check the fit of the Damper Tube Lower Stop OEM 45803-97 in the bottom of the Fork Tube prior to assembly - It must seat fully as a loose fit - we have seen variances in the Diameter of the Lower Stop. Part Number 45803-97 Lower Stop is available if required - alternatively the O.D of the existing could be machined slightly for clearance.

* Will fit Blackline if .470" is machined from the top of each fork tube - this will allow re-fitment of Blackline top Fork Plug.
