Tech Tips:-

* In November of 2014, S&S switched to powder metal valve guides.

(They take a larger seal = SS900-0737).

* The old style cast iron guides use this smaller seal set.

* The best way to get the correct guides & seals would be using the serial number on the head, It is stamped into the head near the exhaust port or if the customer takes a look at the valve guide.

* This SS90-2158 guide seal is for use with S&S cast iron valve guides

* Use SS900-0737 guide seals if your head utilises Powder Metal Guides
